Originally from New Jersey, Matt's first experience with the importance of understanding the world was when he had the opportunity to travel the world with the Semester at Sea program during university. After graduating from La Salle University in Philadelphia, he volunteered in Vietnam for over a year and a half as a teacher. As life often does, through an unexpected but fortunate opportunity, he began to work in the planning and operations of large-scale events. Over the last 8 years, he has worked in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, United Kingdom and across the United States on events such as Formula1, 2011 Asian Cup, 2011 Arab Games, various NBA All-Star games, golf tournaments and the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Matt just finished an 18-month contract with the Special Olympics World Games Los Angeles 2015.

Matt sees this next adventure as just another challenge along the wonderfully interesting road of life. He is excited to learn from his colleagues and partners with the end goal of improving the world by helping underfunded non-profit organizations and making the greatest bar for the world.
